William Drury, President & Board Member

Mr. Drury 53, is an experienced professional with over 20 years of Executive Level technical and operational experience in a wide range of disciplines. In 1990 he started on what would become a 10 + year career in Feature film and television commercial production, culminating as Director of Production with the award winning Bi-Coastal production company Giraldi Suarez Productions.

In 2000 as VP of Production at VRex, the leading Stereoscopic visualization technology companies in the World he designed, constructed, and ran the first full time true 3D Stereoscopic production facility in the world, creating content for clients such as the U.S. Army, Merck, Merrill Lynch, and Pfizer. Mr. Drury’s work was instrumental in the sale of VRex to the Malaysian Government as the cornerstone company of their 2020 Cyber Jaya Technology Park Project. Mr. Drury was the Director of Production of NewSight Corp. where he developed the 3D Digital Media solutions company from its early stages. In 2007, William was the Chief Operating Officer of International Collectibles Network a Stamp, Fine Art and Antiques Auction house and website with worldwide offices in Switzerland, Hong Kong, France and the United States. William has played an instrumental role in the development of Quantum Genomics SA, a Global Biotech Company, culminating as President of the US Corporation. William also sits on the Boards of multiple companies including, Century Gold Ventures Inc. and Global Oxygen Development Corporation, a leader in the emerging field of Carbon offset credit generation and trading.

William holds degrees from Boston University and Baruch College. He lives in New York with his wife, Cara and two boys William and Benjamin.

Kevin Dorry, Web Site Design and Creative Director

Kevin started his career in tech right out of school, where he started one of the first "electronic" design firms combining computers and his skill as a graphic designer.

In 1992 Kevin was recruited by Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals to form and head up the multimedia department of C & G Advertising Agency, Inc., Ciba’s 100-person internal advertising division. Over the next few years Kevin climbed to the rank of Director and developed one of the first websites for a pharma company. Kevin remained at C&G until the merger of Ciba and Sandoz when he left to start his own internet development company.

In 1997 Kevin founded Axis360 to fundamentally change the way companies approach marketing communications. By combining technical innovation, creative excellence, strategic focus and outstanding customer service Kevin transformed Axis360 from a one-man studio in his bedroom to a profitable multi-million dollar company employing over 35 people.

Under his leadership, Axis360 saw tremendous revenue growth since incorporation in 1997. A privately held company since its inception, Axis360 delivered strategic solutions for some of the biggest companies and brands in the world such as Major League Baseball, Pfizer, Justin Timberlake and Bacardi to name just a very few. Kevin left Axis360 is 2008 to focus on developing his own Internet properties. He created and sold a vertical social network that boasted 660,000 users and continues to pursue opportunities such as hubdeal.com where he can use his unique, management, design and technical skills to help drive success.

He is the recipient of numerous design awards and his work has been featured in many noted publications such as Communication Arts, How and Graphic Design USA. He is an avid Ironman triathlete, pilot and boater. He has two daughters in and currently calls New York City his home.

Christina Japp, Board Member

Christina Japp was the Senior Specialist and Vice President at Sotheby’s, for 13 years and is the Founder and Principal for the prestigious art advisory firm Christina Japp Art and Design and a Senior Vice President and Partner at Anglo American Appraisal Inc., New York. Christina is a multilingual International renowned art advisor, appraiser and expert in 20th and 21th Century Art & Design and Contemporary Art with more than 20 years’ experience. She serves as a market leader and tastemaker in these fields and advises some of the world’s most influential and sophisticated collectors in forming their holdings of contemporary art and design, both individually and in conjunction with their stewardship of major museums. Previously she worked as a Senior Specialist and Vice President for Sotheby’s, during her 13-year tenure she was involved with the sale of some of the most important collections such as Mr. and Mrs. John Jay Whitney, David Whitney, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, Lily and Edmond Safra, Karl Lagerfeld, Gianni Versace, Wolfgang Joop to name just a few. She also served as Director of 20th Century Design at Heritage Auctions Dallas and New York, where she got involved with important Texan private and museum collections.

Ali Riaz is a results driven senior executive with progressive leadership experience in the software industry and a track record for founding and building innovative and growth oriented companies. Proven capacity to architect and deliver leading-edge strategies to enhance organizational capabilities, drive customer focus, scale operations and compete on a global scale. Highly skilled at actively managing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders including management teams, investors and banks, as evidenced by successfully raising more than $76M from investors and architecting successful M&A transactions more than $2.5B. Passionate about developing people with demonstrated success in forming, leading and motivating worldwide teams comprised of more than 800 employees. Committed to helping organizations and individuals grow and thrive.

  • Founded a leading global unified information access platform company, creating an award-winning technology, becoming a preferred vendor for blue chip clients such as GE, Goldman, Citi, Fidelity, Cisco, raising $76M from investors, and increasing license revenue to $20M per year with bookings 3x that amount.
  • Transformed an Enterprise Search Technology start up into a billion-dollar enterprise with a repeatable annual growth of 50 percent, growing sales from $2M to $164M in five years, publicly listing the company, and orchestrating the sale of the company to Microsoft for $1.2B.

Legal Counsel

Andrew Ross, Legal Counsel

Mr. Ross is a U.S. corporate and securities lawyer based in New York City with over 35 years’ experience at national and international law firms. Practice areas include the representation of start-up, early stage and technology companies, venture capital, private equity and public offerings. Mr. Ross has also chaired a firm Mergers & Acquisitions Group which received national recognition as a leading middle market practice and he was named a "Leading Lawyer" in middle-market M&A. He has also been selected as a "Super Lawyer" annually from 2010-2016. Mr. Ross graduated from Stanford Law School where he was a member of the Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from SUNY Albany summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
